This policy outlines the rules and pricing for the use of mezzanine storage space at Woodworkers Retreat.

The storage is for active members only; any lapse or cancellation in membership will also result in a cancellation of storage space rental.

1. Wooden Storage Cubbies

Use of the wooden cubbies is free of charge, provided the item is entirely stored within a cubby.
Cubbies are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
One cubby per person.
No additional cubbies will be added.
Items not fully stored within a cubby will be treated as unreserved storage and subject to removal if unpaid.

2. Paid Storage Options (Floor & Rack Space)

Members may rent storage space via our website at the following monthly rates or in person for daily rates:

The Rack $10.00/month for a space up to 4' x 2' $0.55/day for a space up to 4' x 2'

The Pallet $15.00/month for a space up to 4' x 4' $1.10/day for a space up to 4' x 4'

The Yard $30.00/month for a space up to 4' x 8' $2.10/day for a space up to 4' x 8'

No adjustments to sizes/prices. Choose the largest size to accommodate your material.

3. Unreserved or Unpaid Items

Any materials not in a reserved space (including floor, shelf, or cubby), or without an active payment, will be discarded.
Exceptions may be made only if prior arrangements are made between the material owner and Woodworkers Retreat management.

4. Responsibility for Cancellation

It is the responsibility of the storage user to cancel their storage subscription via WR’s website when the space is no longer needed.
Failure to cancel may result in continued billing or removal of items.

WR is not responsible for any materials left in our storage areas
